UtilityNorth is not a utility supplier. All services, contracts and ongoing service provision are delivered by Utility Warehouse.

 

 

 

Commission & Commercial Relationship

 

 

UtilityNorth may receive commission or other remuneration if a customer chooses to take services through our introduction.

 

This commission does not affect the price you pay. The cost of services is set by Utility Warehouse.

 

UtilityNorth introduces services provided by Utility Warehouse and does not provide whole-of-market comparison.

 

 

 

Independent Status

 

 

UtilityNorth operates as an independent introducer and is not owned by, employed by, or directly operated by Utility Warehouse.

 

We are not an Ofgem-regulated comparison service and do not provide independent financial or energy advice.

 

 

 

Privacy

 

 

UtilityNorth respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information you provide through this website.

 

When you submit information through our contact or enquiry forms, we may collect details such as your name, address, email address, phone number and information about your current household services.

 

This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to introduce you to services provided by Utility Warehouse.

 

Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Where necessary to process your enquiry, relevant details may be shared with Utility Warehouse.

 

We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is stored securely and used only for legitimate business purposes.

Customer Contracts

 

 

If you choose to proceed with services, your contract will be directly with Utility Warehouse. Utility Warehouse is responsible for:

 

  • Service provision

  • Billing and account management

  • Customer support

  • Formal complaints handling

 

 

 

 

Complaints & Escalation

 

 

If you have a complaint about the service provided by UtilityNorth, please contact us directly using the contact details on this website and we will aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

 

If your complaint relates to energy supply or services provided by Utility Warehouse, the matter may be handled by Utility Warehouse under their formal complaints procedure.

 

If an energy-related complaint remains unresolved after 8 weeks, or you receive a deadlock letter, you may refer the matter to the Energy Ombudsman.
